How do I configure automatic call forwarding or call transfers?


Before configuring, select your phone number. To do so, in your Subscriber Area interface, go to the Telephony tab and click on Choose your number. On this page, you can select your service number, that is, the one associated with your phone service at B2B2C that you want to configure.

Call forwarding

To control your call transfers, go to the Telephony tab on your Subscriber Area interface, click on the Configuration tab and then on Telephony settings.

After this, click on the Manage my numbers directory hyperlink to define and edit the numbers you want to be able to transfer your calls to. This directory allows you to easily choose the destination of your transfer among your usual numbers. You can add a number at any time to keep long terme or for temporary use. Save your changes or cancel them to return to the previous page.

Configure one, multiple or all transfer options. Note that the Unconditional one will supersede the others is activated. 

Unconditional: All calls are forwarded.  

Busy: Calls are forwarded when the line is busy. 

On Timeout: Calls are forwarded after a number of rings with no answer. 

Number of Rings: This number represents the number of rings your voicemail will wait before answering calls. Adjust it so that it gives you the time to easily answer your calls before it engages. 

Unavailable: Calls are forwarded if the line is not in service.

How do you install Kaspersky apps on your equipment?


Here is an overview of the process of activating your Kaspersky services.

1. Go to the Subscriber Area interface in the Kaspersky Licenses section and your activation code will be displayed. You should also have received a copy of your activation code by email.

 

2. Next, go to the My Kaspersky Portal (my.Kaspersky.com) and create a user account. Choose an email address and a password that will be associated with your account.

3. You can now enter your activation code in the Add an Activation Code section of the Summary tab of the My Kaspersky Portal and click Add.

 

4. To add a first device or software, click on the Protect a new device button. Choose the operating environment and follow the instructions.
