You can find this information on your B2B2C Subscriber Area.
Please follow the steps below:

- Open the Windows Live Mail app.
- Click on Account.
- On the top left of the page, click on Email.

Fill in the following fields based on your choice of configurations: POP or IMAP. If you’re unsure of what you should select, we recommend IMAP. Follow the links at the bottom of this page for the POP and IMAP servers for a simple description of both.
POP
Fill in the following fields in the Incoming server information section:
- Select POP in the box Server type.
- Enter pop.b2b2c.ca in the box Server address.
- Enter 110 in the box Port.
- Unchecked the box Requires a secure connection (SSL).
Fill in the following fields in the Outgoing server information.
- Enter smtp.b2b2c.ca in the box Server address.
- Enter 465 in the box Port.
- Check the box Requires a secure connection (SSL).
- Check the box Requires authentification.
- Select Clear text in the box Authenticate using.
- Enter a Name in the box Logon user name.
- Click on Next.
IMAP
Fill in the following fields in the Incoming server information:
- Select IMAP in the box Server type.
- Enter pop.b2b2c.ca in the box Server address.
- Enter 143 in the box Port.
- Unchecked the box Requires a secure connection (SSL).
Fill in the following fields in the Outgoing server information.
- Enter smtp.b2b2c.ca in the box Server address.
- Enter 465 in the box Port.
- Check the box Requires a secure connection (SSL).
- Check the box Requires authentification.
- Select Clear text in the box Authenticate using.
- Enter a Name in the box Logon user name.
- Click on Next.

Click on Finish.
