1 Locate the administrator password
Below or behind the Smart RG modem case, a label with (WIFI) is affixed.
If this label (WIFI) is not present, you can use the lowercase letter “s” followed by the last 7 characters of the serial number. The latter is also visible on the modem label.
2 Connect to the modem
The device used must be connected to the Smart RG modem’s network. You can connect it to the modem with a network cable plugged into one of the LAN ports or use its wireless network network (WiFi).
To connect via wireless (WiFi), follow the method described in How to connect to the wireless network (Wi-Fi) Modem Smart RG linked at the bottom of this page.
3 Access the management panel
In a browser, enter the following address: http://192.168.1.1/admin/
On the screen, enter the following username: admin
On the screen, enter the administrator password.
4 In case of problems
If no page is displayed on the address in step 3, first verify that you can reach other web pages, eg google.com.
If this does not work, then repeat step 2. If it does, then check that you are using exactly the web address in step 3.
If this does not solve the problem neither, restart the modem and check that at least one light is lit on its case.

If your password is not accepted in step 3 , use the password (s) set for your wireless network (WiFi) instead.
