- Your email address @ b2b2c.ca.
- Your password for this email account.
You can find this information on your B2B2C Subscriber Area.

Please follow the steps below:
- Open Email.
- Click on Add account.

Click on Advanced setup.

Click on Internet email.

Fill in the following fields based on your choice of configurations: POP or IMAP. If you’re unsure of what you should select, we recommend IMAP. Follow the links at the bottom of this page for the POP and IMAP servers for a simple description of both.
POP
- Enter your Email Adress.
- Enter your User name.
- Enter your Password.
- Enter pop.b2b2c.ca in the box Incoming (SMTP) email server.
- Enter POP3 in the box Account Type.
- Enter smtp.b2b2c.ca in the box Outgoing (SMTP) email server.
- Check the box Outgoing server requires authentification.
- Check the box Use the same user name and password for sending email.
- Unchecked the box Require SSL for outoing email.
- Click on Sign in.
IMAP
- Enter your Email Adress.
- Enter your User name.
- Enter your Password.
- Enter pop.b2b2c.ca in the box Incoming (SMTP) email server.
- Enter IMAP4 in the box Account Type.
- Enter smtp.b2b2c.ca in the box Outgoing (SMTP) email server.
- Check the box Outgoing server requires authentification.
- Check the box Use the same user name and password for sending email.
- Unchecked the box Require SSL for outoing email.
- Click on Sign in.

Click on Done.
