How to configure my email account with Windows?


 Required

  1. Your email address @ b2b2c.ca.
  2. Your password for this email account.

You can find this information on your B2B2C Subscriber Area.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Open Email.
  • Click on Add account.

Click on Advanced setup.

Click on Internet email.

Fill in the following fields based on your choice of configurations:  POP or IMAP. If you’re unsure of what you should select, we recommend IMAP. Follow the links at the bottom of this page for the POP and IMAP servers for a simple description of both.

POP

  • Enter your Email Adress.
  • Enter your User name.
  • Enter your Password.
  • Enter pop.b2b2c.ca in the box Incoming (SMTP) email server.
  • Enter POP3 in the box Account Type. 
  • Enter smtp.b2b2c.ca in the box Outgoing (SMTP) email server.
  • Check the box Outgoing server requires authentification.
  • Check the box Use the same user name and password for sending email.
  • Unchecked the box Require SSL for outoing email.
  • Click on Sign in.

IMAP

  • Enter your Email Adress.
  • Enter your User name.
  • Enter your Password.
  • Enter pop.b2b2c.ca in the box Incoming (SMTP) email server.
  • Enter IMAP4 in the box Account Type. 
  • Enter smtp.b2b2c.ca in the box Outgoing (SMTP) email server.
  • Check the box Outgoing server requires authentification.
  • Check the box Use the same user name and password for sending email.
  • Unchecked the box Require SSL for outoing email.
  • Click on Sign in.

Click on Done.
