Please follow the steps below:

Open your Email app.

Fill in the following fields:
- Enter the Email Address your wish to configure.
- Enter your Password.
- Click on MANUAL SETUP.

Select the type of configuration you prefer for this email address : POP or IMAP. If you’re unsure of what you should select, we recommend IMAP. Follow the links at the bottom of this page for the POP and IMAP servers for a simple description of both.

Fill in the fields based on your choice of configurations: POP or IMAP:
POP
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Username.
- Enter your Password .
- Enter pop.b2b2c.ca.
- Leave Security type to None.
- Enter 110 in the box Port.
- Enter INBOX in the box IMAP path prefix.
- Click on NEXT.
IMAP
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Username.
- Enter your Password.
- Enter pop.b2b2c.ca.
- Leave the box Security type to “ None.
- Enter 143 in the box Port.
- Enter INBOX in the box IMAP path prefix.
- Click on NEXT.

Fill in the fields below. The following steps are the same for POP or IMAP.
- Enter smtp.b2b2c.ca in the box STMP server.
- Leave the box Security type to SSL .
- Enter 465 in the box Port.
- Check the box Require sign-in.
- Enter your User name.
- Enter your Password.
- Click on Next.

Select the following options:
- Select the Sync Schedule (Optional).
- Select the Peak Schedule (Optional).
- Leave the box Synchronize Email checked (Optional).
- Check the box Notify me when email arrives to receive an audible alert when receiving an email (Optional).
- Click on Next .

Fill in the following fields:
- Enter a name in the box Give this account a name (Optional).
- Enter your Name.
- Click on Done.
