- Your password for this email account.
You can find this information on your B2B2C Subscriber Area.
Please follow the steps below:

Open the Mail app.
Fill in the following fields:
- Enter your Name.
- Enter your Email Adress.
- Click on Sign in.

- Click on Other Mail Account…
- Click on Continue.

Fill in the following fields:
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Name.
- Enter your Password.
- Select POP or IMAP in the Account Type box. If you’re unsure of what you should select, we recommend IMAP. Follow the links at the bottom of this page for the POP and IMAP servers for a simple description of both.
- Enter pop.b2b2c.ca in the Incoming Mail Server box.
- Enter smtp.b2b2c.ca in the Outgoing Mail Server box.
- Click on Sign in.
