How to use the “ My informations ” page in the “ My Account ” tab?


On this page, you will find information related to your residential or commercial account. 

Name: The name of the authorized person who is identified as the primary contact for the account.

Company: If this account is commercial, the official name of the company is shown here.

Phone: Residential phone number where we will first attempt to reach the contact person (Name) by phone if the account is not commercial.

Work Phone: The first phone number where we will attempt to reach the contact person (Name) by phone if the account is commercial. Also, the second phone number is used if the account is not commercial.

Billing Email: This email address is the only address officially associated with your account. It is with this email address that all B2B2C communications will be sent to you. Also, this is the only email address that allows you to establish access to the B2B2C Subscriber Area or to request the renewal of your username or password.

Payment method: Indicates your current payment method.  Click on the “Change” hyperlink to see which account is associated with your chosen payment method or to update your credit card or change your payment method.

Billing language: Select the language used in the account statement sent by email. Note that this does not change the language used in the Subscriber Area. To change it, click on English in the site’s menu.

How to change the information presented on this page?

As the information presented here is used to identify you by phone, email or through the Subscriber Area, the contact person must request the change by telephone.
