How will my Internet access service be installed?

We offer two installation methods. If available, self-installation is the default method. 


We will send you a self-installation kit with the equipment and instructions you will need. If you experience any difficulties or have any questions, you can contact our technical support.

Available on: Cable V and Cable C 

Assisted installation (during a pandemic) 

A technician will perform the required installation work from outside the home. If indoor work is required, the technician will explain how you can do it remotely. The technician will enter your home only when it is absolutely necessary and if he considers the risk factors for contagion to be reasonable. More than one visit may be required to complete the installation.
