Notifications at 75 and 90% of Internet capacity used

If you have Internet access that is not unlimited, the Subscriber Area helps you to see how much you have used in relation to the capacity of your package. In the web interface and by email, we will inform you when you have consumed more than 75 and 90% of its capacity.

In the web interface

On the “Internet data usage” page, the colour of the bar indicates your data usage for the current month and will change color according to your level.

  • Green: Below 75%
  • Yellow: Above 74%, but less than 90%
  • Red: Above 89%

The same goes for the bar on the home page.

By email

From the second day up to two days before the end of the current month, an email will be automatically sent to you if you reach 75 and 90% of the capacity of your package. This email will be sent to the primary address associated with your account. They will have as subject: B2B2C Notice – Your Internet usage exceeds X% of the monthly transfer included in your package.

Surcharge protection

You are responsible for your choice of package and your usage.  But, don’t hesitate to ask for an upgrade to a higher package . We are committed to retroactively eliminating your over-usage fee from the previous month with an upgrade to a higher value plan.

For example, if you find that you have exceeded the transfer capacity for the previous month, you can upgrade to a plan with sufficient capacity for this month. You will be credited with the over-usage fee incurred for the past month.

Not in real time

Note that the values shown in the web interface and in the emails may not reflect the entire usage recorded on a given date because the data is not available in real time.
