Do you need to create a user account?
Yes. Your access codes for your services can not be used. You need an account specifically for your Subscriber Area.
How to create a new account?
Current customers:
- Go to the subscriber’s home page (espace.b2b2c.ca)
- Click on the New Subscriber Area tab.
- On the login page, click Sign Up.
- On the Account Creation page of the Subscriber Area, you must enter your customer account number (#REG). If you do not remember, it is written on your monthly statement.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive an email at the address associated with your account.
- Click on the hyperlink contained in the email. This will take you to a form.
- Enter your choice of username and password.
- Your account is now created!
New customers :
- An email will be automatically sent to the email address you have associated with your account as part of the activation process.
- Follow the hyperlink in this email to the Account Creation page of the Subscriber Area.
- No need to enter your account number. The hyperlink in the email is automatically associated with it.
- Enter your choice of username and password.
- Your account is now created!
