How can I access the Subscriber Area?

Do you need to create a user account?

Yes. Your access codes for your services can not be used. You need an account specifically for your Subscriber Area.

How to create a new account?

Current customers:

  1. Go to the subscriber’s home page (espace.b2b2c.ca)
  2. Click on the New Subscriber Area tab.
  3. On the login page, click Sign Up.
  4. On the Account Creation page of the Subscriber Area, you must enter your customer account number (#REG). If you do not remember, it is written on your monthly statement.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. You will receive an email at the address associated with your account.
  7. Click on the hyperlink contained in the email. This will take you to a form.
  8. Enter your choice of username and password.
  9. Your account is now created!

New customers :

  1. An email will be automatically sent to the email address you have associated with your account as part of the activation process.
  2. Follow the hyperlink in this email to the Account Creation page of the Subscriber Area.
  3. No need to enter your account number. The hyperlink in the email is automatically associated with it.
  4. Enter your choice of username and password.
  5. Your account is now created!
